PROJECT SCHEDULER:
The Select Group is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to lead capital project cost engineering and scheduling efforts for one of our largest clients in NY.
PROJECT SCHEDULER REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience within capital project cost engineering and scheduling
Primavera P6 project scheduling experience – able to update and track schedules using this tool
SAP financial management experience – able to pull project financials, estimates, invoices, and checkbooks within SAP
PROJECT SCHEDULER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and identify project cost and unbilled liabilities for projects within SAP and P6

Extract and leverage data from scheduling tools into integrated tools (like Power BI)

Present and communicate updates and findings to the team and various stakeholders throughout the organization.

Communicate and collaborate with team members and resources from other teams within the PMO.

Prepare and maintain cost and schedule reports for weekly and monthly update meetings.

Pull financials and data from SAP as needed for various projects.

Work closely with Project Managers to provide insight and data regarding projects as it relates to financials and scheduling.
