PRODUCT MANAGER – REMOTE

The Select Group is looking for a Product Manager to join one of our top clients in the Telecommunications sector. This Product Manager will be supporting a billing platform. This team’s working on the front end and is migrating users from one platform to another on their billing platform. If you are interested in this role apply today!

PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

6+ Years Product Manager Experience:

• Experience in delivering large and complex technology initiatives
• Owning Product end to end lifecycles in an Agile environment
• Owning the development of Product Roadmaps
• Ability to identify market size, preparation of business plans, and assist in pricing recommendations for the defined product and service portfolio.

• Ability to develop initiatives, features, and user stories for team to ingest
• Comes from a technical and functional background
  • Ability to collaborate with outside partners and internal stakeholders
• Work with Development, Operations, and Project Management to ensure development and delivery of products on time and manage expectations

Agile Background:

• Experience using Jira/Jira align for project tracking
• Experience with agile backlog/project management tools
• Familiar with scrum methodologies and entire SDLC

PRODUCT MANAGER NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Experience in a billing environment/platform
  • Amdocs preferred

• Experience with front-end user experience

Certifications:

• CSPO
• SAFe Cert/Training a plus

PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops product plans (including target segment and value proposition) and business cases for assigned product or service.
• Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assists in pricing recommendations for the defined product and service portfolio.
• Responsible for populating the overall roadmap, ensuring a continual stream of new and innovative ideas are consistently brought to market.
• Leads the performance of the product in-market and ensures that the product achieves its financial objectives. Analyzes financial performance, recommends tactics to change the trajectory of the business in an environment that thrives.
• Work with a team of cross-functional resources, develop and own the go to market strategy to improve market share, profitability, revenue retention and growth, and other strategic goals.
• Manages all life cycle migration strategies and the end-of-life decision for existing products and services.
• Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment
