Product Manager II

Must Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience
• Familiar with delivering or developing software/SDLC
• Agile & Waterfall experience
• Experience writing user stories & requirements

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Mobile, Telecom, Wireless products
• Familiarity with rating and billing
• Dealing with offers & promos
• Might have to partner w another group within mobile product for stuff on that
• Can work independently & autonomously
• Need to hit the ground running

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Managing products through the SDLC
• Coordinating, and running meetings
• Defining the ‘what’ & ‘why’ & putting it into requirements & drafting user stories & user flows or wireframes/process flows
• Thrive in a matrix management role – won’t be responsible for managing people but will make sure they deliver
• Attending grooming calls – answering dev questions and ensuring all groups are lined up for it
• Developing communication channels, helping training/support teams – able to communicate throughout every level of the company
