PRODUCT MANAGER – REMOTE

The Select Group is currently looking for a Product Manager to join one of their TOP Communication clients for a REMOTE opportunity. The Select Group’s client is seeking a Product Manager to join the Platform and Experiences Domain to enhance their customer experience!

PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ Years Software Product Management Experience:
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Tracking Projects in Jira align
• Owning product end-to-end lifecycles
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
• Owning the development of Product Roadmaps
• Understands Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) extensively
• Creating User Stories for new Development and helping to manage backlog
• Comes from a technical and functional background
• Work with Development, Operations, and Project Management to ensure development and delivery of products on time and manage expectations
• Experience creating sequence diagrams

PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand current customer experience and identifies areas of opportunity
• Works with stakeholders and follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.
• Anticipates industry trends, direction, innovation, analyses potential impacts or opportunities to customer / product, and incorporates analyses into product process
• Maintains current understanding of tech trends and assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the product.
• Translates product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for Dev teams for highly complex products with multiple transactions and touchpoints.
• Owns and manages product backlog and priorities with business and technology partners.
• Work with Account Hub, a standard ecommerce application that handles all ordering, billing, account payments, etc, for their external customers.
• Work with the internal application BOSS that supports all of their CARE group and internal processes.
