PRODUCT CREATION ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Product Creation Systems, structures, and processes (preferably 3+ years)
  • Promoting new processes and technology solutions requires someone with exceptional determination, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in systems integration
  • Both API-based and SFTP (secure file transfer protocol)
• Experience with data loading and validation
  • This person will be involved with some QA testing, creating training documentation, communication processes and naming standards in the VLP space.
  • Ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style

PRODUCT CREATION ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, design, execute, and identify metrics to measure, monitor and control integrations and data between systems
• Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization, and very closely with DT Architecture and Security Teams, to ensure compliance, and help drive the adoption and success of DT solutions within our Product Creation Platform
• Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation and automation into the process that will assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
• Testing and documenting results regarding enhancements and defects within Jira, working within an Agile sprint process
• Walk through enhancements and defect fixes with business end users along with creating documentation as needed for others to follow
• Work with the Project Manager to define the DT tasks and drive those tasks through to on-time completion – escalate when appropriate
• Work with other team members to coordinate the scheduling and management of multiple simultaneous project system/environment demands
