Job Title: Network Consulting Engineer

Job Location: TSG Consulting, LLC – 8801 Fast Park Drive, Suite 301, Raleigh, NC 27617 and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Lab Racking and Stacking: Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Switches. Test and certify all hardware and software as directed by the customer. Work on N9k, N7k, N3K devices for upgrades to the NXOS and testing versions on all platforms. Work on ASR 1k,9k routers and perform IOS testing. Lab Testing: Build test bed on the Visio diagram from Architect. Work on IXIA device to generate traffic and capture the packets for testing. Perform HPNA, SNMP, Cisco Map, Cyber Ark and Net Auditor testing. Work on windows Server 2007,2008 and 2012 SP2 for server patching from repository. Work on Bank based Tools on CM-Continuous Monitoring for finding P1, P2 and P3 Vulnerabilities and Patching. Decommission servers and build new servers. Create Certifications on latest IOS, NXOS and New Devices. Manage VSphere Client and all ESXi Hosts on centralized Server. Work on testing devices with different vendors like Net scout, Bluecat, Net scope, Fortinet and Fire Eye devices. Work on GIS cybersecurity issues based on the Work Order from Remedy ticketing tool. Analyze business requirements and deliver requirement specification documents. Understand business requirements provided by the users/clients. Identify gaps in the requirements provided and communicate with the corresponding stakeholders. Provide training and support for Enterprise Reporting Business Intelligence. Create and deliver end-user training and documentation.

Requirements: Master’s or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field plus six (6) months of experience in the job offered or similar network engineering positions.

Must have experience and/or graduate coursework with

· Installation, deployment and configuration of various Cisco routing and switching platforms

· QoS configuration on IOS and NX-OS

· Nexus Platforms (1K, 5K and 7K)

· TCP/IP concepts

· Traffic Analysis

· ASA Security, Cisco IOS Security or VPN Security

Travel required to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
