Job Title: NetSuite Functional Analyst
Job Duration: 1 year contract, extensions, opportunity to convert FTE

Reason for need: Bandwidth – additional development on modules for our clients Manufacturing and Supply Chain group
Project Details: Our client is a leading cloud-networking manufacturer and is looking for a NetSuite Functional Analyst (remote PST) to join the NetSuite team. This person will deliver the best quality solutions to their customers/business users and contribute towards the development of the service capability of the company. You will also possess the ability to mentor juniors in an onshore/offshore model. Previous experience creating custom solutions in a complex environment is a plus.
Must Have Skills:

• 5 years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite (specifically manufacturing modules Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Design-to-Build)
• 3-4 full NetSuite life cycle implementations completed
• 3-4 years of solid functional implementation experience
• Strong Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution experience (i.e. supporting this function at an organization, or floor/lab work of a networking company in early career)
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation (writing business requirements in a simple and clear language, driving project scope)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Warehouse management system experience
• Experience creating custom solutions in a complex environment – not just unboxing a system and using standard functions i.e. not plug and play. Arista is heavily customized.

Team Dynamics:

• Team has other functional consultants who each work on these projects and are supporting by solution architects.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Day to day responsibilities:

• Consistent and prompt interactions and meetings, primarily virtual, with stakeholders and business users. These can be Director, VP, and C-suite level employees.
• Guide the development lifecycle including testing, developing, implementing, QA, and UAT while tracking milestones and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead and champion NetSuite implementation projects
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements
• Prepare business requirements documents indicating the core functionality and processes that must be configured in NetSuite
• Configure the NetSuite system to meet the customer business process flows. Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to customers
• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover
• Work closely with the project architect and project manager to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions.
• Research, design and present optimal solutions for clients drawing on NetSuite best practices.

Remote Info: Fully remote, anywhere in US or Canada, but must work close to PST time zone. The team works primarily in PST, and are available in the afternoons (which could be as late as 8-10pm EST) Team Stand-ups at 830-10am PST are required to participate.
