One of The Select Group’s clients in Hauppauge, NY is looking for a person to join their senior support team! This person must have strong desktop support and should have 5+ years experience in similar roles. If the below sounds like you, please apply!
SENIOR SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience of desktop support
- Windows 10 and office 2016-Office 365
- Customer service- will be interacting and utilizing C-suite
SENIOR SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITES
- Troubleshooting windows, basic desktop applications, VPN
- Re-imaging machines and refreshing, there’s a yearly refresh for a number of machines
- Documenting and organizing any issues
