Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director, Sales Training to improve New Hire training program, including creation of improved content, structure, and delivery of program.
- Manage New Hire Training classes for Associate Account Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Executive hires.
- Participate in New Hire Training classes for Managing Directors, Director of Business Development & VP hires.
- Provide on-going training, coaching, continuous development, and support to Account Managers (role plays, pre-meeting prep).
- Assist in developing Sales Training 2.0 program & travel to assist in delivery of program.
- Continually evolve and update training materials including training on techniques, tools, skills and applications. Effectively roll out significant updates to sales force.
- Responsible for vendor management, administration, and training for a set of sales enablement tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop training strategy and content for new service offerings or updates to existing offerings.
- Provide support including ad-hoc training to members of the Managed Solutions division and delivery leaders.
- Serve as additional support for client meetings when Managing Directors are unable to attend.
- Provide requested ad-hoc support to Account Managers as needed.
- Develop workflows in CRM/ATS system. Configure, test, and create training content and manage rollout.
Requirements:
- Experience and expertise in building a sales training program in IT Staffing & Services industry.
- Experience and expertise in content creation and management for training programs.
- Experience in delivery of training programs to Account Manager (sales) hires specifically.
- Passion for and experience in role-playing, mentoring, and coaching effectively.
- Familiarity with instructional design and management.
- Exposure to or knowledge of sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, interpersonal & presentation skills).
- Ability to work independently and with others, exercise initiative, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to travel for Sales Training 2.0 training twice annually.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management to recommend training solutions and coordinate additional programs.
- Preferred: 1+ years proven experience in the Account Management role.
