KAFKA ENGINEER – GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO
The Select Groups’ TOP telecommunications client is seeking an experienced Kafka Engineer to bring on their team an opening in Greenwood Village, Colorado or 100% remote if located outside of Colorado. This person will create, maintain, and support multiple enterprise Kafka clusters on-prem or in the cloud. The ideal candidate can increase/decrease Kafka brokers, experience repartitioning, creating topics, and duplicating between clusters.
KAFKA ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Kafka administration and engineer experience
- A background creating, maintaining, and supporting multiple enterprise Kafka clusters on-prem or in the cloud.
- Experience increasing/decreasing Kafka brokers, experience repartitioning, creating topics, and duplicating between clusters.
KAFKA ENGINEER NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Cloud Experience with AWS
- Terraform
