Policy and Compliance Analyst

Position Title: Policy and Compliance Analyst
Company Name: Top utility company in Houston

Location: 

• (South Houston Location)
• 4 day weeks - FULLY ONSITE 
  • (Monday - Thursday) - Friday OFF
  • 6:30am-5pm 

Project Details: technical analysis and reporting, support, and coordination of activities relating to the continual operation and improvement of the substation system, supporting workforce, practices and procedures. 

Must have skills:

• 3+ years experience as a systems analyst working within SAP and complex datasets
• Experienced and understanding/navigation of SAP systems 
  • Experience sorting through financial records and data within SAP 
• Experience building dashboards through PowerBI and/or Tableau 
• Experience conducting scripts within SAP - highly preferred  
  • understanding how to push large changes/data through SAP utilizing a script - improving process

 
Soft skills:

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills required
• Self motivated 
• Attention to detail 

 
Nice to have skills:

• Substation and/or high voltage experience 
• Utility background/experience 

 
Education/certification requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of college, associates, or technical degree
