Software Engineer - Intelligence Community
This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious R&D team to support various IC customers on their C3 AI platforms. You will have the opportunity to learn and train on this cutting edge technology!


Clearance Level: Secret (or ability to obtain - can also hold up to an existing TS/SCI with Polygraph)
Location:  Tysons Corner, VA
 
Position Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer with a Secret clearance to contribute to the full stack development of AI-based applications supporting multiple classified customers in an Agile environment.  Potential applications may be used to support mission areas including but not limited to: asset readiness, data collection/processing, hypersonics, flight tests, launch reliability, situational awareness, force readiness, multi-domain operations, and battlefield superiority.
 
Minimum LCAT Requirements –

  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related) fields
  • Years of Experience:  2-4+ years of coding/development

Required Technology Skills:
  • Software development experience with Python and JavaScript
  • Experience with Git or other version control software
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, and/or Angular)
  • Experience deploying software to cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, and/or Azure)
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Agile methodology
 
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on a classified platform
  • Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications with and on behalf of customers
  • Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
  • Conduct design and development reviews of customer software applications
  • Write application specifications and documentation
  • Data structure and algorithm design and implementation
  • Perform time-series data analysis, cleansing, and normalization
  • Utilize Agile software development methodology
  • Interface with MacBook technology
