Supply Chain Cost Analyst

SUPPLY CHAIN COST ANALYST | HYBRID (CUPERTINO, CA)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Supply Chain Cost Analyst to join one of our top technology partners in Fortune 100. This person will join the team that handles cost analysis for procurement, so they will do pricing reconciliation for orders coming from Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

SUPPLY CHAIN COST ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Supply Chain analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university (Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred)
• Advanced Excel function experience (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau)
• Advanced analytics skills and heavy attention-to-detail

• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently
• Experience managing vendors
• SAP system experience

• Review and validate monthly service quotes from OEMs in alignment with Financial Calendar and costing schedule, and ensure accuracy in BOM (bill of material) structure, materials cost, and Attritions
• Identify cost discrepancies and analyze underlying cause to create a lasting solution
• Submit monthly service pricing to management approval 
• Publish approved pricing to SAP and WW buyers
• Price troubleshooting 
• Ensure NPI BOM structure accuracy and set up service cost placeholder
• Conduct Quarterly Price reconciliation
• Support ad-hoc OEM cost claim validation 
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the KPI database
