Agile Project Manager (Onsite, Denver, CO)
The Select Group is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Telecommunication clients engineering team. This individual will support leading the successful implementation of technical solutions through effective planning and execution throughout all phases of agile project management methodology.  This role will work directly with teams to implement best practices, ensure that business goals are clearly defined and attainable, and support identifying and removing obstacles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in Agile Project Management.


Agile Project Manager Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO) considered a plus
  • Telecom experience preferred; tech industry experience acceptable.
  • 2-4 years managing Agile projects (software development, cloud engineering, automation, observability).
  • Familiarity with quality control tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean).
  • Experience in building and tracking project KPIs.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for clarifying requirements and solving problems.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (Agile, SAFE, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello).

Agile Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of implementation roadmaps, negotiating outcomes and timelines with management and technical teams.
  • Foster cross-functional communication and alignment to achieve project goals.
  • Build timelines, prioritize efforts, and allocate resources for project delivery.
  • Bridge gaps between technical and management teams.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure project goals are realistic and aligned with team capacity.
  •  Collect and analyze project performance data to identify improvement areas.
  •  Assess resource needs for timely project delivery.
  • Guide scrum and technical teams in achieving Agile maturity.
