INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER
The Select Group is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to help support one of our top clients in the communications industry. For this role, we are looking for an individual who has good experience managing large scale real estate projects with a strong background in Utilities to join their team and assist in managing new infrastructure builds, managing real estate and securing of essential utilities needed for new sites. INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of experience in infrastructure project management or program management
- Experience with large scale real estate (commercial experience only, not open to residential construction experience), land acquisition, or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong Utilities Background
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including analysts and contractors
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
- PMP Certification
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage all phases of the project, including land acquisition, utility negotiations, and infrastructure setup, from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate closely with Business Process Analysts, real estate, and utility teams to align on deliverables and milestones.
- Oversee infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with Google’s long-term expansion strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk management strategies for infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including potential delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors and external contractors to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manage scope changes to balance project flexibility with budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Drive process improvements related to infrastructure, billing tools, and operational workflows.
