SUPPLY DEMAND PLANNER
The Component Planner generates a comprehensive weekly forecast for the components required by their procurement teams. This tool is essential for the procurement team, enabling them to strategically determine the global refurbishment component plan. Additionally, the planner proactively identifies any component shortages, offering critical insights into potential disruptions and their impact on the supply chain.
TOP SKILLS:
- 4-8 yrs of professional experience in supply and demand
- Extensive experience in analyzing large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis
- Knowledge of/Experience with reverse supply chain
- Adept at merging data from a variety of sources in order to generate conclusions through analysis
- Skills for blending quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience in executive level reporting
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills
- Must have experience in creating Tableau data dashboards
- Experience extracting data from Snowflake or similar database
PLUS SKILLS:
- Extracting data using SQL queries from Snowflake platform
- SQL query experience a plus
- SAP PD2 experience a plus
- Refurb Supply Chain a plus
- B.S. degree in related field plus 3-5 years of related experience OR advanced degree plus 1-2 years of related experience.
- Industrial engineering degree is a plus.
DAY TO DAY:
- Responsible for Refurb supply/demand planning globally
- Analyze weekly actuals and forecast to develop a weekly Refurb supply plan that meets customer demand and team targets
- Coordinate weekly cadence calls with global stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure supply plans meet the target.
- Publishes and reconciles weekly supply plans to ensure changes and gaps are communicated/addressed.
- Collaborate with APAC and EMEA operations teams to secure sufficient capacity and materials to meet quarter targets.
- Coordinate issue resolutions and application enhancement requests between business and warehouses
