PRODUCT MANAGER
The Select Group is currently hiring for a Product Manager to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Telecommunications industry sitting . This Product Manager will be joining the Business FWA Devices department, and will be responsible for new device development, certification, and lifecycle management. Therefore, this individual will drive device OEMs who build the FWA Devices (routers) for on-time, high quality device launches for Cellular connectivity (4G/5G). If this is something you are interested in please apply today!
 
PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:   

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management/Device Development
  • Must have experience in the Mobile/Telecommunications industry preferably in operating systems and feature development departments
  • Proven knowledge of 4G/5G and router/switch device ecosystems  
  • Experienced in process execution, development, and deployment of products and new technologies 
  • Ability to handle collaboration with stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment
 
PRODCUT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will be defining, refining and executing a streamlined process for on-boarding device OEMs
  • Driving detailed technical requirements and test strategy for new product feature needs
  • Leading OEM and internal stakeholders on device features and services lockdown
  • Owning detailed development, certification and launch schedule with OEMs and internal stakeholders
  • Creating cost and time efficient strategy that addresses network and business customer needs
  • Planning and executing software updates to address field feedback, new feature requests and return drivers
  • Managing device OEMs to higher device quality and performance by benchmarking device’s network performance KPIs, call in rate and return rate  
  • Identify addressable customer feedback on existing products and define future product requirements in order to address open needs
  • Partner with sales and care teams to update training documents to drive resolution to common support issues
