Change Lead
Length: 12 months + extensions
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3x per week on-site)
The Select Group is seeking a Change Lead to deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans. The successful candidate will have experience delivering Change Impact Analysis and support communication activities for SAP S/4Hana implementation.
Change Lead Requirements:
- Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementations
- Strong experience delivering change impact analysis
- SAP migration or implementation experience strongly preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners
- Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Must have MacOS experience (Pages, Keynote, Apple Email, etc.)
Change Lead Responsibilities:
