System Analyst

System Analyst | Raleigh, NC | Contract (potential to convert to full-time)

Job Duration: 6 month contract, potential for conversion to full-time employee

Location: 100 E Tryon St, Raleigh, NC 27201

On-site Requirement: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote per week

Interview: Process: 2 rounds

Requirements:

• Windows Server administration experience.
• SQL Server experience, especially the ability to perform complex query analysis and write efficient database procedures.
• Package application installation/management/patching experience on Windows Servers.
• Scripting experience (ideally PowerShell).
• Experience in developing web service APIs for integration of SaaS applications.
• Experience with Service-Now or other CMDB/ticketing systems.
• Solid oral and written communications — strong at documentation.
• Networking experience with corporate firewalls and network segmentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with physical security systems such as:

• Video Management Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems

Day to Day Duties:

• Secure system requirements from product owner or stakeholder.
• Installation of Vendor Packages.
• Ensure system is modified according to product owner specifications.
• Work around firewall rules.
• Supporting outages.
• Desktop Software Packaging.
