Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Prior experience within SalesForce Development Projects
• Must have worked and managed matrix teams
• Have had previous experience in an application development project within a heavily integrated environment
  • Managed the App Projects and not just processes in the PMO/Agile
  • Java and older language focused projects
  • Will need to come from a technical background
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies background
• Can drive a project; assigning tasks and creating timelines – managing the details with the developers to complete the work in the estimate
  • Able to challenge the developers and engineers about them meeting expectations and timelines
• Ability to understand the scope of the projects
• Experience with a custom application development project; used to working with developers directly to drive the project (custom in-house application built from the ground up)

Daily Responsibilities

• Working alongside the technical team to push projects that are most needed at the time
• Building a solution that will interface with a project – SalesForce
• Managing the IT application projects and the developers
• Handling any issues with development staff
• Creating and maintaining timelines for the projects
