One of The Select Group’s top telecommunications client, Dish Network is actively searching for two Senior Telecom Implementation Program Managers. Dish is building a new 5g network from the ground up and is working to deliver 20,000 new cell towers within the next year. This role is onsite at their Littleton, CO location. PROGRAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years telecom experience
• Experience with fiber deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Vendor management experience
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholder across multiple business units

Nice to Have:

• PMP
• transport network experience

PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing market transport implementation and ensuring timely delivery
• Meeting with internal transport specialists and vendors to ensure circuit delivery
• Working with market teams on problem resolution and vendor escalations
• Developing KPIs and preparing management reports on Transport implementation
• Driving team engagement and productivity
