Expert GIS Administrator

TSG Federal is seeking GIS candidates for key roles in Fayetteville, NC.

These roles include but are not limited to: GIS Administrators, Geospatial Intelligence Analysts, and FMV Analysts.

Program Mission: This program provides the most proficient and capable Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analysts who are experienced with Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of imagery product using a variety of advanced geospatial techniques leveraging multiple GEOINT data sets to the customer. Within the full spectrum of Geospatial analytical support, the program provides personnel responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise-wide GIS and associated geospatial databases, network equipment and software tools and applications.

Minimum LCAT Requirements:

• Certifications: DODD 8570 (Security+)
• Education: HS Graduate or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 8 years
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Required Technology Skills (ranked in order of priority):

Nice to Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of Python / C# / Java
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ additional years in the Intelligence Community

Day to day responsibilities:

• Perform advanced level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level GIS associated geospatial databases, network equipment, and software tools and applications.
• Administer and deploy open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations.
• Write custom scripts for automation and analysis using Python with knowledge of C# and Java.
• Perform at high level/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation.
• Shall possess an expert working knowledge of the discovery, analysis and exploitation of geospatially oriented data and the management of that data within a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant applications and databases.
• Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Shall possess high level/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data.
