DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST/ADMIN- REMOTE (EST)

DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST/ADMIN REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent customer facing & communication skills

• Communicating with external vendor partners – sending follow up emails and calendar requests
• Communicating with internal customers (Merger and acquisition teams)

Data Entry OR Admin type of background (teacher experience is nice-to-have)

• Only looking for 1-3 years’ experience
• Data Entry exp needed – will be entering user information into their management systems
• Admin exp needed – Calendar invites, taking meeting notes, keeping management on track with migration tasks

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel Skills

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST/ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This team requests the information (“download”) from the carrier in the form of phone, email, and web. They will then receive the information. To upload the data into the database, it needs to be formatted using IVANS. Once completed, upload into the database.
• Download Requests
  • Request Download
    o Contacting carriers (email, phone, website)
    o Communicating with Operations Teams on status of download requests
• Projects:
  • ???????Merge IVANS accounts
    § Work with Carrier Services Team to find Agency Codes
    § Contact carriers (email, phone, website)
    § Track via Excel
    • ???????Communicate with Carriers to normalize policy format
• • Resend download as needed
  • Research errors
