Enterprise Services Coordinator

ENTERPRISE SERVICES COORDINATOR

Contract: 12 + month

Location: REMOTE

Hours: EST 8a-5pm

Excellent customer facing and communication skills

  • Exemplifies great professionalism verbally, written, and through video presentation (phone, video calls, emails, texts, etc)
  • Ability to communicate professionally with external vendor partners – emails, calendar invites, etc
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers
  • Strong customer service capabilities

Data Entry or Administration experience

  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Data entry experience – entering user information into management systems
  • Administration experience – Calendar invitations, recording meeting notes, managing migration tasks

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills

Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail

Day to Day:

  • Work collaboratively with sales team
  • gather and document data from sales team to create insurance quotes
  • Communicate with internal customers and teams
  • Communicate with external vendor partners and organize emails and calendar requests
  • Upload data into company database and format appropriately
  • Upload final formatted information to database
  • Upload User information into management systems
  • Complete administrative tasks like extending calendar invitations, recording meeting notes, and managing migration tasks with management
  • Be able to manage and prioritize time and tasks appropriately
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
