The TSG Engagement Management team provides dedicated customer and consultant relationship support for multiple on-going projects.
Engagement manager for simultaneous, solutions-based service engagements. Responsible for monitoring project scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, quality, and resources. Manage day-to-day responsibilities of resources at client site to ensure alignment with customer expectations. Partner with internal teams to ensure service quality during and upon completion of an engagement. This is a HYBRID role, and will require travel into the clients Houston office 2-3x a week

Responsibilities:
Service Delivery and Quality
- Serve as customer escalation point for issues/concerns regarding project status and service delivery; provide status reports to client management, as needed.
- Responsible for oversight of consultants during project engagement. Serve as project team resource manager accountable for daily activities of consultant and team. Responsible for ensuring team is trained on relevant project processes, tools, or methodologies.
- Resolve resource issues in a timely manner; provide coaching & management, escalate any performance concerns to management and human resources.
Project Management
- Monitor performance of the project via various reporting tools (e.g., identify areas of risk and concern, recommends solution and appropriate course of action, etc.). Conduct periodic project reviews to determine compliance with contractual obligations, delivery commitments, and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for transmitting information related to project scope changes (approved change orders, staffing changes, end date extensions, etc.)
- Translate engagement scope into work plans describing engagement tasks, timing, and responsibilities.
- Develop internal and external status reports utilizing established formats.
- Communicate updates and changes to the appropriate teams.

- Deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of project coordination/management or people management experience
- 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role
- 4-year degree at accredited College (or equivalent business experience)
