DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER

The Select Group is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join an American Mass Media and Telecommunications company. We are looking for someone to join a team dedicated to drive the client experience for a new mobile development team. We ae looking for someone who is able to step in and share their expertise in the mobile and telecommunications space. If this sounds like you apply today!

Must Have Skills:

• Strong background/experience in Digital Product Management
• Data Analytics background – understands the fundamentals of API environments
• Strong business acumen – data driven and strategically focused while at the same time being able to get into detailed requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to foster partnerships across the organization and lead without director authority

Nice to Have Skills:

• Telecom/communications industry experience

Day to day responsibilities:

• Own the definition, management, and lifecycle maintenance of client-facing and internal digital tools
• Work across the organization to define the strategic vision and drive the digital client experience
• Guide communication plans that ensure adoption and engagement with digital capabilities by clients and internal teams.
• Encourage company-wide success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and improve the client experience.
• Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
• Engage with multiple clients about the digital experience to ensure expectations are being exceeded.
