DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
One of The Select Group’s clients in Winston-Salem is looking for a Desktop Support Technician! This person must be comfortable working onsite and driving site to site. The ideal candidate comes from a strong hands-on technical support background supporting Windows 10, Active Directory, and SCCM. If the below sounds like you, please apply!
DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Windows 10 OS experience
- Must have Active Directory experience
- Prior experience imaging PC and Laptops with Win10 OS through SCCM
- Must be able to lift 50 – 75 lbs; comfortable walking multiple miles per day.
- RF Scanner Device Support (HUGE plus!)
DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide standard break/fix for corporate and warehouse users
- Manage tickets in queue to resolve issues submitted by users
- Install and move equipment such as PCs, Laptops, Label Printers
- Must have valid driver’s license as they will be driving the a van from site to site
