Desk Side Engineer- Junior

Location:12300 W. Dakota Ave (CFL Lakewood, CO) – In office (non-telework)

Clearance Level: Must obtain a Public Trust

Must Haves:

• 1- 2 years of experience providing desk side support, help desk, Call center, share screens, walk someone through a problem.
• Experience troubleshooting remotely and in person
  • Phone, remote, in person , desk side assistance
  • resolve a wide range of software and hardware issues
• Must be able to relocate monitors, and desktop components to new locations, and hook them up to perform quality checks. Able to lift 40 lbs. or more

Day to Day:

• Responsible for providing desk side support to end users.
• Support end user hardware and software deployment.
• Escalates complex problems to Mid-level Engineers.
