Title: Consulting Engineer
Location: Remote
Our client is seeking a Consulting Engineer who has experience with Routing and switching and/or Data Center cisco technology experience. It is also required to have programming experience, specifically with Python and Git. In this role, you will provide network engineering and design validation servies to support customers and help speed up their automation processes.
Required Technology Skills:
- Expertise in either R/S OR Datacenter technologies
- Routing/Switching. (IOS-XE, IOS-XR, SD-WAN preferred, SDA preferred).
- Data Center technologies. (NX-OS, ACI, UCS).
- Programming experience, Python or Robot Framework.
- Extensive experience with GIT (GitLab, GitHub).
Day to day responsibilities:
- Test and automation activities
- Drive requirements, analyze test requirements, build configurations, and impliment test plans
- 20 % of your time will be focused on networking, 80% of your time will be focused on programming
