Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the distribution of all new requisitions originating through a VMS system for designated accounts
• Responsible for collection, review, and submittal of all consultant submittals in the VMS system for designated accounts
• Responsible for distribution and coordination of consultant interviews amongst customer and TSG delivery teams
• Coordinate candidate transitions with TSG vertical leaders and delivery teams
• Report weekly customer metrics for designated accounts to vertical leaders
• Collaborate with TSG Account Manager and vertical leaders for coordinating and creating customer processes and procedures
• Provide documentation for Quarterly Business Reviews with select customers

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with TSG Sales, Delivery, and CORE teams as well as with Key Personnel from our Clients
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to identify process improvement areas and articulate suggestions
• High Sense of Urgency
• Excel basics (manipulating columns/basic formulas)
• Nice to have: Experience with VMS tools
