CE Material Manager

CE MATERIAL MANAGER- 100% REMOTE

The Select Group is looking for a CE Material Manager to join one of our largest clients who is an industry leader in the telecommunications space. This Material Manager is responsible for tracking, expediting, and maintaining the listing of all materials that are required for current engineering work orders (CCRs, TEOs, NFIDs). They will be tasked with tracking all materials throughout the life cycle of the work order, beginning with the material order placement, throughout the installation completion. CE MATERIAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years in the telecommunications industry
  • Working on material management in a Project Coordinator or Project Management perspective.

• Material Management Experience
  • Ensuring that equipment arrives on time
  • Updating with shipping tracking codes
  • Updating expected shipping dates, raising risk when needed
  • Work with 3rd party logistic providers to track materials through transfer of warehouse(s)
  • When delivered – ensure shipment was signed for, and document signer information
• Experience tracking material in Excel
  • Able to navigate large spreadsheets (1,000+ lines)
  • Plus skills – experience with:
    • Msolv
    • SRM
    • CCP
    • UUI/Canvas
    • LLP
    • PIA

CE MATERIAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
