Business Analyst II

BUSINESS ANALYST II – ONSITE
Must be local to Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, Missouri. Not open to relocation at this time

The Select Groups’ TOP telecommunications client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to bring on their team. This person will be supporting call center technology and call tracing to enhance customer support and call center agents. This Business Analyst II will also be the liaison between business teams and technical teams. This individual will be able to gather and translate requirements effectively through excellent verbal and written communication.

MUST HAVE Skills:

• 3-5 years of Telephony experience
  • Call center technology
  • Call tracing and routing process
• 3-5 years of Engineer experience
• SQL experience
  • Drafting and editing existing SQL queries
  • Basic understanding of tables
  • Interpret SQL data

Nice to Have:

• Business Analyst or Product Management experience
• Jira or Chalk experience
• Agile experience

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business team and translate requirements to technical team
• Manage the call tracing process post IVR processing
• Communication with business and technical teams to discuss billing, requirements, and enhancements for project
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Provide documentation for project
• Technical processing
