Bullhorn Implementation Manager (Contract/Temp) – TSG Corporate – Remote
The Select Group is seeking a Temporary Bullhorn Implementation Manager to assist with the BullhornOne implementation we currently have in progress. This position is for six months starting as soon as possible to allow for adequate training and transition time. The position may extend beyond six months if the implementation is delayed.
The Bullhorn Implementation Manager (Temp) will report to the Director of Business Applications. The ideal candidate will have experience project managing Bullhorn implementations as well as a strong understanding of staffing industry practices, the front-end user interface, and configuration of BullhornOne.
Responsibilities:
- Being the primary point of contact for Sixcel and the TSG team related to all Bullhorn items
- Project managing the overall BullhornOne implementation
- Working with Sixcel (our implementation partner) on assigning tasks and managing tasks to timelines
- Coordinating team meetings across the Sixcel and TSG implementation teams
- Work with business leaders to define requirements, ensure timely sign-off of requirements and coordinating functional testing.
- Lead UAT, parallel testing, issue triage and issue resolution.
- Partner with the Director of Training to develop top notch functional training for BullhornOne
- Assisting the implementation team with design and configuration of BullhornOne
- Support the team during go-live. This may include working a limited number of weekends right before our April go-live
- Managing tier 2 and 3 of production Bullhorn support tickets including resolution through Bullhorn Technical Support or our third-party developer (for issues related to customizations), maintaining SLAs and user satisfaction. Meet with users and source issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or bachelor’s degree with experience in Staffing/Managed Solutions company Operations.
- In depth knowledge and experience implementing of BullhornOne Pay/Bill and Bullhorn ATS
- Proactive project management skills, able to manage actions, timelines and communications from kick-off through completion across levels and departments
- Flexible, team-oriented and with a “customer service” mindset – we are a fast growth, high change environment and being adaptable, personable and willing to help is key to success
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers, and team members.
- Excellent staffing industry knowledge including business processes, KPIs and success factors
- Strong functional Quality Assurance skills
- Ability to solve complex technical problems related to application and/or configuration with actionable solutions
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment and cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
- Experience with the following applications is preferred:
- OnBoarding365
- HereFish / Bullhorn Automation
- Reporting / Canvas (i.e. Cognos 10)
