Application Admin

The Select Group is looking for an Application Specialist to join a national healthcare company seeking support with a brand new custom application. This candidate will be fully trained in the custom application upon joining the team. This application is a booking and reservation tool. This person will be responsible for user experience, and training internal users on how to best use the application. This specialist will also partner with vendors and demonstrate excellent techno-functional communication in order to act as a vendor partner and client liaison. This candidate is FULLY remote, and may sit anywhere in the U.S.

Application Specialist Must Have Skills:

• 4-7 years of experience working in a comparable Facility Management or IT environment.
• Proficiency with asset management, CAFM or related software systems and applications.
• Specific knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and/or computer aided facility management software systems preferred.
• Ability to administer, manage and maintain multiple applications and/or systems.
• Knowledge of facilities/security function being monitored, controlled, operated and/or maintained by the assigned applications and/or systems.
• Advanced computer skills (e.g.; MS Office, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of databases and ability to manipulate data such as testing and modification of the app.
• Ability to demonstrate proficient documentation and reporting.

Application Specialist Bonus Skills:

• Advanced knowledge in Windows-based data capture systems.
• Experience with a booking application such as hotels, cars, office space, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GLP & cGMP documentation practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PC and related operating systems/software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lead a project team to completion of a given task.
• Ability to effectively plan multiple assignments for timely and accurate completion.
