AEM Engineer (Junior-Mid)

AEM ENGINEER
One of The Select Group’s clients is looking for an AEM Engineer to help support some upcoming initiatives! This person can sit FULLY REMOTE but must be comfortable working Eastern hours. The ideal candidates has 1-2 years of Java development experience and has recently had a focus on supporting AEM projects. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

AEM ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

• 3-4+ years of hands-on AEM experience
  • Security, Workflows, Consoles, etc.
  • OSGi Framework, Servlet Engine, Lucene Indexing, Apache Felix, Sling, etc.
• Must have Java development experience
• Understanding of integration work
• Knowledge on tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Strong communication
• Any DAM experience would be a huge plus!

AEM ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting digital asset management and content services projects
• Provide on call support and support production issues
• Supporting the build of websites, apps, forms, all within AEM
• Building AEM components and templates
• Work closely with UX team and other development teams
• Follow Agile/Scrum SDLC, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.
