One of our top clients is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist with an active secret clearance. This position will sit on site in Fort Belvoir, VA and support the Army. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Help Desk role and great communication skills! 1. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
2. Security + Certification
3. Windows Desktop Certification
HELP DESK SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site and over the phone troubleshooting and diagnostic help to users
- Perform upgrades and initial set up and configuration
- install and de-install software and equipment
- Schedule video teleconferences
- Maintain and keep Security + and Windows Desktop Certifications up-to-date
- Troubleshoot the on-site hardware and equipment
