TSG has had a longstanding focus of growing people in both business and life. As part of our commitment to fostering the development of our people, we recently launched our 2024 Coaching Programs. Take a look at this year’s participants in our 3 coaching programs: Women in Business, Dale Carnegie and MAC Coaching.

Women in Business

Our Women in Business Program is open to our female employees at TSG. It’s a blend of individual and small group coaching with TeamSmarts Coaches, a Masterclass series, an Action Learning project, and book club discussions.

Dale Carnegie

Dale Carnegie: Building Psychological Safety and Cultural Awareness program participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, honing essential skills to become impactful leaders in today’s diverse world. As part of our DEI Roadmap, which includes core pillars around Accountability & Leadership, we are excited to open the program to another cohort of TSG leaders. This year’s cohort consists of ERG Leaders, DEI Committee members, and senior leaders within TSG who have not previously completed the program.

MAC Coaching

The MAC coaching program encourages participants to discover keys to living in a TSG high performance life, personally and professionally. Led by James “Mac” McPartland, Mac has been a key partner for TSG for many years, coaching our employees and executive team, helping to strengthen the muscles of decision-making, confidence-building, vision-communication, and most importantly, character-building.
