Entry-Level Recruiter/Account Management Trainee

  • Provides qualified candidates to fulfill clients hiring needs using recruiting strategies and best practices
  • As a recruiter you will source, interview (phone & personal) and identify IT consultants for clients, and guide them through the interview process
  • Responsible for conducting office interviews, technical screens, reference and background checks, presenting job offers and negotiating employment terms
  • Develop a pool of candidates through networking, and using company's database
  • Facilitate the entire interview process for IT candidates to fill contract, contract to permanent and permanent positions
  • Maintain consultant relationships through luncheons, networking events and quarterly reviews
  • Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events
  • The Technical Recruiter role provides industry knowledge and the basic fundamentals for both the Account Management and Professional Technical Recruiter career path

Account Manager

  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers as a resource for their staffing needs
  • Responsible for qualifying job requirements from companies in a sales territory
  • Arranges and conducts onsite meetings with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Uses a relationship approach to the sales process through client entertainment such as dinners, lunches, events and social activities
  • Builds rapport with prospects of IT and engineering departments for business development purposes
  • Uses prospecting strategies to target key decision makers of new and existing clientele
  • Mentors, develops and trains new recruiters on the Account Management career path
